And so, browsing antique stores in Merida became a favorite thing&nbsp;to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to several antique stores in&nbsp;Merida Centro, there is a flea market every Sunday at 9 am where vendors sell &#8220;antiques and things&#8221; at <strong>Santa Lucia Park<\/strong>. And if you have transportation, I recommend getting out of downtown to explore this list of other antique stores in Merida. Located in the Garcia Gineres neighborhood, this store offers a varied assortment of antiques and architectural salvage pieces from the Yucatan. There is not a facebook or webpage associated with this antique store, but it is one of the most consistent antique stores in Merida.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 19 between Calle 22 and 24&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Hours:&nbsp;<\/strong>Mon &#8211; Fri 9 am-1 pm and 5-8 pm; Sat 9 am-1 pm<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/antiguedadesjorgemerida.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Antiguedades Jorge<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Merida antique store is packed with small antiques such as old locks, antique Coca-Cola drink trays, a small Pez dispenser collection, and an antique eyeglass collection. They also have a few large items such as light fixtures, but my favorite is the collection of antique rosaries.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/culturestraveled.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/things-to-do-in-merida-yucatan-mexico-12-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Shopping at Antique Stores in Merida Mexico has become one of my favorite things to do when visiting the White City. This Pez dispenser collection and Peter Pan lunch box are a few of the things you can find.\" class=\"wp-image-1430\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 21 between Calle 28 and 28-A&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Hours:&nbsp;<\/strong>No set hours<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/GaleriasAlfaro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Galeria Alfaro Antiguedade<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most people discover this Merida antique store walking down Calle 60 and stopping to admire the sign. Hand-painted on an old door and adorned with a portrait of Frida Kahlo, it\u2019s as intriguing as the collection of various antiques and treasures inside.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 60 between 51 and 49&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Hours:&nbsp;<\/strong>Everyday 9am-9pm<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EklektikaByMasud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eklektika<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is one of the more high-end antique stores in Merida. The store is staged with antique living and dining room setups, but the big attraction is the large collection of antique chandeliers. In addition to antiques, this location is also the art studio of a local artist. Two treasure hunts in one!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calle 49 between Calle 60 and 62<\/span> &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Hours:&nbsp;<\/strong>Mon-Fri 12 &#8211; 4pm and 7 &#8211; 9pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Erick-Peniche-Joyer%C3%ADa-y-Relojer%C3%ADa-689664174454009\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Erick Peniche<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a watch and jewelry store that also sells antiques in Merida.
